As a friend and photographer, I have had the joy of watching their relationship blossom over the years. And when they asked me to capture their Beathany Beach engagement photos and destination wedding in Orlando, I knew that it would be an unforgettable experience. It’s easy to see why Abbey and Jack hold Bethany Beach so close to their hearts – their yearly summer vacations by the shore have made this stunning seaside destination one of their absolute favorite places in the world! When they decided to have their engagement photos taken, it was clear that this was the perfect location for them.

Our session started on the boardwalk with a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere, and we even got to include their adorable dog, Peaches, who was an absolute showstopper! In fact, the three of them were so endearing that they drew a crowd on the boardwalk and had people stopping in their tracks to ohh and ah over the three of them!

Abbey and Jack are such a delight to be around – they radiate positive energy and have a wonderful sense of humor! During their session, we couldn’t stop laughing and having a great time together.

For their second look, Abbey and Jack chose a stunning and romantic style that perfectly complemented the natural beauty of the beach at sunset. Abbey looked absolutely breathtaking in her floor-length navy gown from Morning lavender– while Jack looked dashing in his classic white button-up shirt with jeans and khakis.

One of the best things about Engagement photos at the beach is the beautiful sunset! The soft light and pastel colors reflected in the water brings a romantic feeling to the photographs. They also brought two bottles of champagne for us to pop on the beach- which really brought a fun, celebratory end to their beach engagement photos.
