Whoever said that a global pandemic would stop you from having your wedding day? Brooke and Cody originally planned to have their Delaware wedding in the early fall of 2020- but like so many others, covid had other plans. They made the difficult decision to move their wedding to 2021 Nevertheless, there was no way that they were going to let it stop them from getting married! In November, surrounded by their immediate families they were finally married by their pastor in a beautiful mass.
Fall Elopement Photos
While their friends and family headed to set up their backyard reception, Brooke Cody and I went to a nearby park for portraits. (Spoiler alert- the images are S T U N N I N G.) Brook and Cody complete naturals in front of the camera and have impeccable style (you might remember their amazing Engagement Session.) Late November daylight filtering through the fall leaves treated us to a gorgeous fall glow. I do not like to pick favorites, but if I was to pick favorites, the would certainly be on the list!
Following their Delaware Wedding ceremony Brook’s sister hosted an intimate reception dinner in her backyard, complete with chipotle. During a year that we all spent so much time isolated, it was refreshing to just gather together again!
Brook and Cody, thank you so much for having me! Overall it was such a beautiful day, and I cannot wait for your big celebration next year!!
